The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be streamed live on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the pair met personally to publicize the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex two time world title holder Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to break his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically famous for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead criticized ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, targeted British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the novice continues to be one of boxing's greatest money-making draws, frequently receiving huge earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in round four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Size Difference
As Joshua and Paul participated in the usual confrontation, with their height and weight contrast evident, it drove home just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is really proceeding.
